One thing we CAN'T control is shipping trouble, and unfortunately with staffing shortages and increased holiday business we expect more late shipments than usual this year. Fed Ex has suspended their on-time guarantee so "Priority Overnight" can arrive as late as 8:00 pm.  My team always packs boxes with enough gels to keep them cool for 2 days as it's inevitable that one or two boxes will end up taking two days rather than one.  As long as the gels are still at least partially frozen when you open your box you should be fine.  If they're not, or if you have any questions, just let us know.
