Wild Blueberry Honey

Honey from bees buzzing between beautiful lowbush bluberry bushes on Maine’s bountiful barrens.

This honey comes from bees that pollinate Maine’s wild blueberry barrens. It’s got a nice full flavor and is slightly darker than most wildflower honeys.  It’s produced by Maine Maple Products in Madison, ME.  It’s shipped in small glass containers that I’ll wrap with paper to ensure safety.

This is great with scallops – I love the honey-buttered scallop casserole from my recipes section.
